BURÇELİK Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers are offered as tertiary crushers for producing sand from hard and abrasive streambed and quarry materials.
Two types are available based on the nature of the material:
Rock-on-rock (anvil-free) and anvil-type (impact block-based) models.
In rock-on-rock type, the material is crushed by hitting accumulated material on the side walls — minimizing wear and reducing operational costs
In anvil-type, the material hits steel impact blocks made from special alloyed steel cast in BURÇELİK foundry
Easily convertible between types depending on reduction ratio, capacity, and material type
Produces highly cubical final products
Cascade model allows for increased capacity with a second, controllable material flow from outside the rotor
