Conveyor Lines For Cement Plants
Turnkey conveyor line design, steel structure fabrication and installation for cement production facilities.
The turnkey design, fabrication, and installation of all steel structures and equipment for the loading conveyor lines of a cement plant were carried out by BURÇELİK.
The project includes a complete material handling system that transports raw material from the quarry to stockyards, clinker silos, and the clinker grinding mill in a safe and continuous manner. All structures were engineered to withstand heavy-duty operating conditions, and every project phase was meticulously managed up to the installation stage.
Total Weight of Steel Structure: ~2,500 tons
